Often, once a client has seen how thorough and professional we are, they ask us to do additional jobs.

More importantly however, the time it takes to complete a job is influenced by a number of factors including:

• Whether someone has already tried to assemble an item.
  It often takes longer to assemble a piece of furniture that someone has already “had a go at”.
• Whether the furniture is on site or has to be carried from storage up stairs and to its final location.
• How much room is available for assembly.
  It can take longer for assemblies in limited space.
• Whether all parts are there.
  We carry an extensive range of spares to minimise difficulties, but cannot take responsibility if delays are caused by missing items.
• If an item has been damaged.
  Occasionally damage can occur to items in transit that are often not obvious until assembling. We are able to make minor repairs, but cannot take responsibility for delays caused through damaged or faulty items.
