We do not generally provide fixed priced quotes. (Why not?)

Exceptions include large commercial jobs or a full house for example.

Prices are based on an hourly rate rounded to the nearest half hour.

A minimum charge is one hour.

Normal Rates are charged between 8.00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am to 12:00 noon Saturdays.

After hours are charged at 1.5 times the normal rate.
